We generally try to avoid building up unrealistic expectations for readers, but if there's a more iconic and/or universally praised seafood restaurant in all of the Gold Coast, then we have yet to hear about it. The Omeros family has been in the restaurant business for more than 40 years, and their longevity comes from combining the freshest seafood with excellent service in an ideal setting – located right on the Marina Mirage boardwalk overlooking the sea (and luxury yachts). Surprisingly, the set menu offers decent value all things considered, while the higher priced Omeros Indulgence platter is an institution in itself.
