The lunch restaurant at the Corps de Garde hotel is well worth looking up; it's set in a grand ground-floor room that doubles as the hotel library, with plenty of good regional books to peruse and even a record player with 1,000 LPs. The Dutch menu includes fine sandwiches and eggs.
