Wangenheim Palais

Home to the Lower Saxony Ministry of Trade and Economy. The Wangenheim Palais is located near the Leine Castle, the new Town Hall and Laveshaus. Built from 1829 to 1833, Georg Ludwig Friedrich Laves planned this classic palace for Earl Wangenheim. Wangeheim owned the palaceuntil 1851, when King George of Hannover bought the building, which is not far from the big palace near the Old Town of Hannover.
