The gastronomical baby of TV chef Tommy Heaney, Heaney’s is Cardiff fine dining at its, well, finest. Some of the finest chefs in the country make guest appearances here, but such a high reputation is pleasingly at odds with the down to earth interior and atmosphere. Fine dining for everyday people, if you’ll allow the almost cliche.
