On the corner of Füveszkert and Muzeum lies a true botanical curiosity, a more than 250-year-old lycium tree growing in the window of a building. The legend goes that a Catholic priest told his protestant counterpart that the reformed faith will grow into something when a shrub turns into a tree, to which the Protestant chap calmly replied; ‘then it will become a tree’. The proof is in this botanical pudding.
