Grinzingi is a ‘wine bar’ in the no-frills communist working man’s sense of the term. Not that there's anything wrong with that. The main area looks like a parody of the ‘Cheers’ bar in Boston with several worn-out characters slumped over glasses of wine either side of the central bar. With exposed-brick walls and wood plank furnishings, this two floor joint offers surprisingly palatable wine, beer and snacks at nostalgic prices and is very popular with the old and the young.
