Ma Maison Andrássy

Get inside the 1930s Bauhaus exterior of Andrássy, and you'll find sunny yellow walls surrounding spacious rooms, with homey but upscale furniture. Every room has a balcony, all the better to appreciate this tree-lined diplomatic area. It doesn't look like it, but Andrássy was once a state-owned hotel hosting delegations of foreign Communists - yep, Brezhnev and Gorby both stayed here.
