Illa Carlemany Shopping Center is located in Escaldes-Engordany, Andorra. It's a unique, modern, big and bright building, designed and built in 2009. It has four floors above the round, which are full of different brands stores and commercial establishments, as well as three underground car park levels for about 600 vehicles.
