Not sure John. Fees are €2/hr for the multi-storey car park with 2 hours free until 18:00. After that it is a €2 flat rate. The outdoor Tesco cark park has a flat rate of €2/hr. You can get 2 hours free if you spend €30+ in Tesco and validate your ticket.
