It will be worth it to witness a spectacular sunrise over the landscape while drifting calmly over bushveld and game reserves that are part of the landscape of 53 000 hectare Cradle of Humankind. It's a unique way to take a safari as you'll get to spot (not guaranteed of course) four of the Big 5 (no big cats). You'll share the balloon with other awestruck people and it's a comfortable standing ride in a secure basket. There's also an ultra-luxe option of a balloon for two, of course popular for popping the big question. And hopefully, at that height the answer will always be affirmative.
At touchdown you'll be offered bubbly to celebrate your conquest of the skies and driven back to Kloofzicht Lodge for a sumptuous breakfast. We highly recommend the freshly baked scones and omelettes prepared on request. Welcoming and professional, we were as charmed by the AirVentures team as we were by the flight.
