You’ll struggle to find a more idyllic tapas joint in Cádiz. Found in the little Fernando Quiñones passageway by La Caleta, this old flamenco joint offers excellent tapas in a gorgeous setting, which has to be the perfect combination. Sitting inside or outside offers plenty. The service can be a bit slow, but Juanito Villar Peña Flamenca is the sort of place that deserves time.
