Kaivopuisto is one of the oldest and most famous parks in town. With its waterfront location, views over the harbour, old trees, long winding paths and green lawns, the park is an ideal place for a harmonious stroll or leisurely picnic. In summer, there are many ice cream kiosks in the park, so you can wander along the shore with an ice cream cone in your hand! Kaivopuisto is also fantastic in winter thanks to its slopes, which means lots of snow, tobogganing and outdoor fun!
