A centrally located shopping mall next to Victory Square which is home to a number of popular restaurants and cafes included the microbrewery and restaurant Khmel. There's shopping as well of course with Russian brands dominating although you'll also find the likes of Patrizia Pepe, U.S. Polo Assn., and Bugatti. The complex is also home to the Kaliningrad Radisson Blu hotel.
