‘Win over the kids and the parents will follow’ is an adage which should exist but probably doesn't. If it did, though, thoroughly impressive family trattoria Pepperonchino could adopt it as their motto because, judging by the massive playroom and little leaving gifts, these exceptionally friendly folk will bend over backwards for anyone under about 5 feet! And that's not to say that the grown-ups won't appreciate it too- the food is clearly made with love (try the baked mussels!) and the luxuriant interior design comes across as authentically Italian. Still, we're walking in on our knees next time.
