The Radisson's signature restaurant has some lofty expectations to contend with in Kaliningrad but doesn't bat an eyelid, offering up an enticing and expertly done (if somewhat pricey) menu of top notch French, European and Russian fine dining. In fact, set aside from the majority of restaurants in town by its super-refined surroundings and a flawlessly efficient, multi-lingual staff, you could easily be consuming your steak tartare in London, Paris or Milan. The built-in service charge also helps to foster that feeling but rest assured it'll be money very well spent!
