Michiyoshi Inoue leads The Polish National Radio Symphony Orchestra with Alexander Gavrylyuk on the piano performing Ludwig van Beethoven's Symphony No.8, considered generally lighthearted but cheerfully bold, with many accented notes. The program also includes Johannes Brahms' Piano Concerto No.1, a quasi-symphonic achievement that evolved from a sonata planned for two pianos. The conductor, Michiyoshi Inoue, formerly Principal Guest Conductor at the New Zealand Symphony Orchestra, Music Director of Tokyo New Japan Philharmonic and the Kyoto Symphony Orchestra. He was invited to conduct the most pestigious orchestras in the world. As of 2018 he served as the Principal Conductor of the Osaka Philharmonic Orchestra.
