The battle rages on for the best Pizza in Kato, and here comes another contender. Many locals swear by Tramontana’s Italian brick oven thin crust creations, so we put their Tutti Verde pie to the test. The atypical ingredients of beets, broccoli, pumpkin seeds, goat cheese and figs melded and melted perfectly without weighing down the delicate crust. We quickly devoured the whole pie and washed it down with some prosecco. While we aren’t quite ready to hand them the Kato pizza crown we’ll be back to try another pie very soon. Of course don’t overlook their other delicious pastas, grilled meats and seafood dishes not to mention their world class desserts.
