The spiritual home of all things connected with patriotic music, theatre, dance, singing and more, this publicly funded organisation is located inside an imposing interwar building that functioned as the Gestapo headquarters during the Nazi occupation of the city between 1941 and 1944. As well as being home to several amateur groups, there's also a couple of spaces where regular public performances take place.
