Central Post Office

Officially opened on June 1, 1864, this wonderful Neo-Gothic beauty was once one of the most important buildings in the city. Worth a look inside even if you don’t need the services its provides, check out the carved wooden details and the bright painted mosaics. The tower contains a 48-bell carillon that plays for 30 minutes every Sunday at 12:00.
