The Klaipėda Culture Factory’s in-house bar actually functions as a café-restaurant during the week and only comes alive on Friday and Saturday evenings when at the touch of an invisible button the place starts to buzz. Eat somewhere else if you can and turn up late for a good drinking session and the chance to listen to some occasionally inspiring live music.
