Often overshadowed by the Stari Most, Mostar’s Kriva Ćuprija (Crooked Bridge) might just be the most underrated bridge in this part of the world. It sits daintily over a little tributary of the Neretva, minding its own business as the manic world of modern tourism plays out above it, allowing people to cross the old town without having to work their way through the mass of humanity. The Stari Most might be the main event, but the Kriva Čuprija is a more than delightful support act.
