One of the most popular tapas bars in Cádiz (which is saying something, when you take into consideration the mass of the things here), La Candela stays ahead of the competition by focusing on the freshest of ingredients and allowing its team of chefs to embrace their creativity, offering something slightly different but very familiar at the same time. There is an intimate homely character to the interior too, one that differs to the more hype-traditional establishments elsewhere in town. Excellent stuff.
