The clue is in the name. Cádiz doesn’t have a huge selection of vegan restaurants, it barely has any to be honest, but it certainly has La Veganesa. Found just a short stroll from the sea, this forward-thinking bistro offers Andalusian classics free of any and all animal-involvement, opening up the wonderful world of Gaditano cuisine to the vegetarians and the vegans. The first of many, for sure.
