Liepāja has a proper Italian restaurant serving delicious appetisers, homemade pastas, salads and a small selection of main courses. Naturally a number of delicious pizzas are also on the menu, but what impressed us most was the professional staff and the serene atmosphere – two things that can be hard to find in this seaside city. In short, this is one of the best places to eat in this part of Latvia. If you still need convincing, you’ll be interested to know that the chef is Italian and fresh ingredients are imported from Italy every week. If you have room, try the homemade gelato.
