This downtown shopping centre on several floors offers dozens of shops as well as a Rimi supermarket (08:00 - 23:00), a rooftop terrace (in summer) right in the centre of Riga and a whole floor of restaurants and bars (10:00 - 24:00).

A great modern shoppingmall interesting shops. 7th floor full of good restaurants 8th floor (the roof) is open air bars and restaurants from may to september ca with a great view in all 4 directions of the city. Possibly best outside seating in all of Riga.
