Saulkrasti, or Sunny Shores in English, is a long strip of homes, hotels and restaurants straddling the highway to Tallinn roughly 40km north of Riga. The sleepy town has plenty to offer in the way of amenities and its beach stretches for over 15km, so finding a place to relax by the sea is never a problem.
