Sveiks, Šveik!

Not unlike the scores of other bars dedicated to Jaroslav Hašek’s classic character the Good Soldier Švejk that dot the Bohemian countryside, this one has a cosy atmosphere of solid oak tables and exposed brick walls on two floors, not to mention its most important feature – great beer. Užavas, Bauskas and Staropramen are on draught, cheap Baltic-Czech cuisine is on the menu and you can even order a shot of ice cold Becherovka that tastes like gingerbread cookies in liquid form. Best of all, unlike the staff that man the beer halls of Prague, the ladies here aren't afraid to smile when they take your order.
