Yeah the hotel may be bad but nudity is a taboo in the anglophonic world so you may disregard such nudity-scare comments here. Silly Brits and Americans )

I went there too but there were no naked men or prostitutes. I felt robbed. I wanted to experience something with a bit of an edge, but it was just a pleasant , though quiet, hotel. Still, there's the nude beach down the road for some perving off.

I was also there when 2 prostitues and naked drunk man were celebrating Latvian National day in the lobby of the hotel about 9.30 pm. It was total shock when I returned from nice walk with my children and we all had to face totally nude stranger with prostitues on the starecase!! The guy in the reception did not do anything to stop prostitues to go up saying that those are probably friends of the naked man. It was obvious from the way they were dressed that thay were "working girls"that night. I also understood that things like that are common in that hotel becaue the reception guy didnt seem very suprised. When things went out of control and he called security guy to try to make naked man finally go back into his room, I could hear security saying over the phone that he would need to wait until the icehockey game between Russia and Latvia will be finished. We had to flee this horrible hotel 10.00 pm with children, scared and tired. HORRIBLE PLACE - HOTEL ROZE IN LIEPAJA. NEVER GO THERE!!!!!They also didnt have any fire alarms, not in room, not in coridors, some windows in our room were broken and nailed with nails. I left Liepaja traumatised, because I never wanted my children to see what they had to see during our holidays in Liepaja, thanks to this awful hotel Roze. They do not deserve a single star.

This hotel has really gone down hill and allows all sorts of wierd people to stay there. The night we planned to stay we had to put up with a drunk guy roaming around the hall completly naked as he waited for a couple of prostitutes, who eventually showed up, only half naked.I kid you not.A four star hotel? What a joke. Not family friendly.
