Feast on Uzbek and other Central Asian dishes in this mildly divisive but generally excellent restaurant in the southeastern suburbs of the city. Alongside the more familiar national favourites such as plovas are a host of things you’ve never tried before. Ask the colourful owner to take you through the menu if you don’t know what to order.
