This bar in a courtyard serves some of the cheapest beer in Kaunas, much of it coming from Lithuanian microbreweries. There’s inexpensive food too, plus nondescript décor courtesy of the previous owner and students planning revolutions in dark corners. Why it's not called Kavinė 49a is anyone's guess.
