Housed inside several gorgeous brick vaults dating from the 17th century, this place is notable for its well-mannered staff seriving salmon, steak, duck, rabbit and other fancy dishes to the city’s media elite and other anonymous VIPs. The food’s genuinely good, although the lack of windows does tend to get to you after a while.
