Although technically a restaurant, this marvellous Old Town venue’s obsession with champagne really marks it out as a place for drinking first and eating later. The food, which includes oysters when they’re in season and a regularly changing menu of superbly imaginative dishes, is always fresh and the prefect compliment to a long session with a glass in your hand.
