Tucked away in a quiet city centre street, the young chefs slaving away in the kitchen at Mudu create impossibly complex dishes of Jackson Pollock-like colour that taste as good as they look. Fish and seafood dominate the menu, although there’s other treats in store, all of it fabulously creative and well worth the bank loan required to recover from the bill.
