The food on offer in this marvellous restaurant is exquisite in every way. It looks spectacular, and the chefs know everything there is to know about flavour and how to bring the best out of every ingredient. The location’s not bad either, being secluded enough to make it feel like you’re dining on a desert island. Wickedly expensive and highly recommended.
