Jurgis is the local name for George, and the dragon is the shapely pizza oven. A popular spot, expect it to be busy at any time of day, and as they don't take reservations you may need to wait. The wait's generally worth it however as just about everything, including the flour, is brought from Italy, and the classic Neapolitan pizzas they churn out of the aforementioned fire are thin, crisp and pretty good.

In short...overpriced and sub standard quality. I suffered from stomach cramps after eating there...as did a friend of mine a week later. it was as if the pizza was still rising inside us. Very disappointing as we had already tried his pizza in a street market and they were delicious.
