Finally Asian—specifically Chinese—cuisine is taken up a few notches, away from the days of starch and dough-covered fast food and into the more youthful province of coolness. It’s still fast, but the noodles, spices and sauces are authentic, shipped in regularly so that the fabulous celery stir-fry with cashews, the spicy Sichuan beef and the flavoursome pho-like Crossing the Bridge noodle soup all taste like nothing else in Vilnius. Finish it all off with a matcha green-tea ice cream.
