Something of a Vilnius institution, Marsas is a good option if you get there early but not much fun if you don't like spending the evening standing like a sardine inside a telephone box. Featuring a good selection of alcohol and the occasional encounter with a member of staff whose forgetfulness is always trumped by their good humour, other winners include some excellent bar food and an intelligent music policy.
