Open to any thirsty passing wanderer, Nomads is a seasonal cocktail bar that changes its menu of six painstakingly concocted mixes every few weeks. Alternatively, you can describe the drink of your dreams and they’ll make it for you. It’s classy but has no dress code, and usually no reservations are required. Light snacks of marinated olives and hummus are optional.
