Found in one of the most beautiful buildings in Conwy (which should give you an idea as to how stunning this place is), The Castle Hotel is arguably the best accommodation option on the north coast. Princess Victoria dined here as a child way back in the 1830s, and the hotel has hosted plenty of other distinguished guests over its long history. There are a host of different options when it comes to rooms, and the restaurant is also one of the best in town. Two thumbs up, all the way up.
