Crémant - first made in 1991, this grape sparkling wine is the latest addition to the great wines of Luxembourg. Apple juice - yes, you heard it right! Locals call it Viz and it is pretty popular. You can find non-alcoholic apple cider or such mixed with other fruits. Luxembourg producers are specialists in high-quality wheat or laga beers. The three traditional brewing companies are Bofferding/Battin, Diekirch, Simon but that doesn't mean that you can't find a good artisan beer with a smaller share on the market! Eaux-de-vie called Drëpp in Luxembourg is best known with it's quality. The most popular is the mirabelle and plum one. If you enjoy liquor try the 'Hunnegdrëpp which is made of honey, or the 'Nëssdrëpp' from Vianden, made of nuts.
