This is a shop with all sorts of the usual “football souvenirs”; scarf’s, jerseys, coffee mugs, etc. And a mini-museum for the local football club - Karpaty FC. The quiet-shrine like room is filled with photos, banners, medals, & trophies of the local teams’ many conquests throughout the years.  It also serves as a ticket outlet for the home matches.
