Sat at the edge of historical and fortified Mdina, at the top of the boutique five-star Xara Palace Hotel with commanding views across Malta, De Mondion’s menu is vast and tantalising. We recommend going for the ‘Taste of Malta’ tasting menu that includes jaw-dropping and mouth-watering Mediterranean prawns, veal sweetbreads, and seasonal local fish. The food is generally French-inspired with a local Mediterraneand/Maltese twist.
