An Antipodean cafe in the Northern Quarter, Federal Cafe has bringing Australian charm to the people of Manchester for more than half a decade at this point. The service is as friendly as you’ll get in the city, and some of the coffee art that comes from behind the counter is borderline outrageous. They claim to offer the city’s sunniest welcome, and we aren’t about to disagree.
