Fletcher Moss Botanical Garden

  18 Stenner Ln      +44 161 434 1877     more than a year ago
Found between the River Mersey and the Stenner Woods, the Fletcher Moss Botanical Garden is just about as green as this part of the world gets. It is named after a local hero by the name of, well, Fletcher Moss, an alderman who donated the park to the city way back in 1915. A wide variety of flora can be found within, along with an excellent cafe and some quite magnificent buildings. Worth travelling to Didsbury for, that’s for sure.
