Located in what was once a Victorian fish and poultry market, the Manchester Craft & Design Centre is overflowing with independent stores selling magnificently creative designs at some astonishingly low prices. This is Manchester at its most exuberantly expressive, doffing its cap to the hardworking past of this place while sprinkling it with all shades of colour.
