One of our favourite craft beer haunts, the Ministry of Brewing has been a staple of Poznań's beer scene for many years. The layout is quite unique: enter the townhouse and work your way to the lovely garden, beyond which is a separate extension of the same bar located in a pre-war metal factory. You'll find 12 taps in the front, plus four more in the back, pouring everything from local labels like Browar Sady and Moczybrody to top-rated European names like Delirium Tremens, not to mention several of their own contracted beers. If we had it our way all pubs would be run by folks as knowledgeable as these fellows, who not only know beer, but also appreciate a good sandwich; grub down on reuben, pulled pork and pastrami sammies. Heartily recommended.
