From the good people who brought Moscow Laffa Laffa comes Khachapuria, a mini-chain specializing in Abkhazian khachapuris (not to be confused with Georgian khachapuris). To achieve real authenticity, chef Grigory Meneshyan was brought in directly from Sukhumi and created a menu with 9 types of boat-shaped khacapuris, as well as 8 types of classical khachapuris, 4 types of layered khachapuris and 4 varieties of achma (a sort of cheese lasagna). It’ll take more than a few trips to try them all. The boat-shaped khachapuri come in three sizes (S, M or L), the rest in two (M or L). The food tastes great but costs little – that’s what we call a win-win! Also at Pyatnitskaya ul. 6/1 (open 11:00 - 24:00).
