A shame there is no specific information here about daily life in the Nemetskaya Sloboda, the Foreign Suburb for expats under the Russian Tsars. One room of this small museum is dedicated to Franz Lefort, a famous Swiss general and admiral from the Russian navy under Tsar Peter the Great. The second room highlights the industrial developments of this Moscow area with alcohol production lines and factories making wagons for public transport.
