The little dictator distinguishes himself from others by having the most European-style facilities. Nightly happy hour, dormitory naming according to Russian city and the relaxed atmosphere in the reception/common room all contribute to making this a fine choice for travelers. The custom-built ventilation system and larger than standard size beds testify to the considerable care and attention paid to travelers.

EN during my stay, I had strangers take my food without permission. toilet in the double room ensuite had really slow drainage it floods. what really disappointed me was that while we were out in the day, most probably the staff came into our room to use the shower. found our room wet and dirty.
