Muscovites have skated on Patriarch's Pond for centuries, but it was only recently that they decided to create a dedicated rink here with smoothed ice and skate rental and the atmosphere at the rink is one-of-a-kind. Music, fairy lights, live concerts, free entrance, a crafts market and an outdoor cafe over-looking the pond have now made this the most popular rink in the city.
